The word “administrator” is derived from the Latin word administrare therefore to “assist” or “to minister to” (Graseck 2005). With this in mind, it is the job belonging to the administrator to worry for those that they oversee. According to Graseck, teachers have a need for “collegiality,” and, they need administrators who recognize their strengths also as requirements. Administrators canrrrt do this that they are new with the teachers’ do the job.

I consider that the key words here are, “education of youngsters is an interesting value of those of the state of Florida”. Again our children and teachers take the hit. This is conclusive evidence that amazing revamp our education reform.
